I'll make the most of it, I'm an extraordinary machine

Pseudo-famous blogger?

"This is going to seem like a really weird question, but do you write a blog?"

Totally not what I was expecting to be asked by the girl behind the counter at the grocery store.

"I recognized you and then I saw him," she said indicating towards M. "You two just got engaged right?"

Thanks to the very kind Asha, I now know that more than just my Mum and friends read this blog. Very cool and just a little strange. Mostly I feel a little silly for having gone through most of the grocery store with M trading lines from Surrey With The Fringe On Top, especially since I was doing my lines with actions.

Chelsea,

I've wanted from time to time to leave comments on different occasions, but I've always been weary because of the fact that I am a total stranger, and it is a bit strange. I came across your blog in the beginning of the summer last year, while I was googling a hair salon, coupe bizarre. An older blog entry of yours came up, I was at school dying of boredom in some itm class, so I read on. Not to say that I am a journalism connoisseur, but I was keen on the way that you write moreso than evey other blog I've come across (something about the words that you use, the way you communicate that I can relate to I guess..), and I went and checked out more recent entries. Long story short, you're blog became and still is now something that I check in with regularly. Partly because it is a welcome and pleasant distraction from studying accounting textbooks and paying attention to teaching assistants in class, Partly because I learn things, like how to put on makeup or about furniture on sale at Potterybarn...lol.. I would also like to apologize for being a bumbling fool, Im not usually that incoherent and awkward, I did mean to congratulate you on your engagement after I mentioned it, but that part didn't seem to come out. I just couldn't believe that that was you, and I was me, and we were interacting. You were supposed to be 'the girl who's blog I read' and part of that was that I'd never met you... and anyways, I digress. That was in fact the most random thing that has ever happened to me, ever, I wonder what if anything will top that..

Asha

P.S. Congrats on your engagement!! I was sincerely excited when I read the news... and I also appreciate your 'royal beauty' section more than I could ever express with words...maybe now I won't hesitate to comment here and there

Asha,

Frist off you were totally not a bumbling fool. The whole experience was a little surreal for both of us, but more cool than anything.

Reading what you just wrote made me feel completely awesome and I'm really honoured that you find my ramblings useful and even interesting.

Please stick around and comment more! I would suggest, based on the small bit of writing you just did, that maybe you start a blog of your own. It's a very good way to get through boring things like classes and one of my favourite procastination techniques.
